Nick Lines

YOUR PRACTITIONER

Nick is an ACA registered counsellor, certified breathwork teacher and mindfulness meditation teacher based on the Mornington Peninsula. He trained in mindfulness through the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and completed formal training in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Anam Cara Centre.

Before entering private practice, Nick spent two decades as a creative director — and worked in harm-reduction and men’s mentoring programs along the way. He understands what it looks like to hold a lot together on the outside while something else is happening underneath.

 Nick works with people of all genders. Much of his practice is shaped by a deep understanding of what men carry — and why asking for help can feel harder than it should.
