Breathwork

Structured breathing to shift your nervous system and release what talking sometimes can’t reach. Taught by Nick, a certified Pranayama breathwork teacher with his own active practice. Accessible for complete beginners — no experience or background needed.

Mindfulness Meditation

Learn to work with your attention rather than against it. Sessions are guided and hands-on — Nick teaches the skills and practises them with you, so you build something you can actually use in daily life. Currently completing the two-year MMTCP training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Practical, secular, no prior experience needed.

Nick Lines

YOUR PRACTITIONER

Nick is an ACA-registered counsellor, certified breathwork teacher and mindfulness meditation teacher based on the Mornington Peninsula. He is currently completing the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and completing formal training in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Anam Cara Centre. Nick recently volunteered as a support therapist for a clinical trial at Australian National University (ANU) for Treatment-Resistant Depression.

Before entering private practice, Nick spent two decades as a creative director — and worked in harm-reduction and men's mentoring programs along the way. He understands what it looks like to hold a lot together on the outside while something else is happening underneath.

Nick works with people of all genders. Much of his practice is shaped by a deep understanding of what men carry — and why asking for help can feel harder than it should.
